ServiceBorne was founded to bring a practical, accountable approach to IT infrastructure, audiovisual systems, and technology deployment. Two of our three founders are military veterans. Together, we connect leadership, technical solution design, and hands-on operations.
Our founders remain involved in planning, solution development, procurement, project coordination, deployment, testing, and closeout. Field responsibilities are assigned to match the work; subcontractors, vendor partners, and specialists contribute where the scope requires additional capacity or expertise.

James leads technology strategy and solution architecture across IT infrastructure, audiovisual systems, automation, and emerging technologies. His background spans IT, AV/media infrastructure, business systems, software, and AI automation. He guides technical research, system selection, and technical proposal development around each requirement.
